Comments and Curiosities

Small palm native from eastern Cuba to Hispaniola, Coccothrinax fragrans is generally similar to Coccothrinax argentata, sporting dark green fan leaves with silvery undersides. It is a slow growing and robust palm, best suited to tropical and mostly frost free warm temperate climates and can take quite a bit of coastal exposure. (RPS.com)
