    I've never seen a Yellow Queen Victoria but this looks like it could be if such a cultivar existed.

    Don't think it's Prince Phillip. PP too is more of a 'whitish yellow, not this shade of yellow with Ron's plant. And not sure about a yellow form of QV, but who knows.
