Here is a Mortii found in my neighborhood that was cut down for some unknown reason. 
The plant was approximately 16ft. tall. My my fully extended fruit picker measures 12ft. and is for for scale. I guess they are "re-landscaping". Cut down the croton and leave it prone on the ground for 4 days. Next allow all the "weed" trees to remain. It is a conceptulation that I am having a problem grasping. As the title of the thread states, what were they thinking ?
