    Found this today, it has eaten away at 2 croton stems just below the ground.

    Looks like it could be some kind of beetle grub Scott. I have found these in my soil, never known them to dine on crotons ... :mad:

    Looks like a Japanese Beetle grub to me. Generally found feeding on the roots of turf grass.
