Picked this one up at the last (October 2014) Searle Brothers Extravaganza. It sat and did nothing, not even popping out a single leaf. The area it was in got shadier as the winter season sun had moved. Moved it 50 ft where it gets hit with broken sunlight in the morning and late afternoon. Then about to weeks ago - she woke up. Don't tell her its the middle of January, I don't think she knows ...
