Would anyone be able to i.d. this plant? It's a beautiful, very large planting in a restricted area that I enjoy seeing every day on my way to work. Today, landscapers were busily manicuring the area, and one of them was kind enough to grant my request for cutting. Yea!!

I think it is a croton. That is the common name. Scientific name is: Codiaeum variegatum...

    What do I win?

It looks like it could have great potential. Later this summer as it continues to grow, keep us all updated with a new picture.
