'Purple Rain' ( from C. 'Toucan' seed) has a nice airy look with 10"x 2" leaves on 5" leaf stems. New leaf color purple aging to a golden brownish color with purple veining with final color aging to a dark purple brown. pizap.com14376940238011.jpg pizap.com14376941054261.jpg

Thanks! I hope that these colors hold. This 2 yr old plant had always had the dark purple and the brownish coloring, but not the vivid purples. These intense colors have shown in the last month only. The plant had been growing under the mother plant until May when I decided to pot it up. I have noticed a lot of different coloring that I am not use to seeing on quite a few of the Ti. Lots of rain and very little sun in recent weeks may have a hand in it.
