Purple Prince

Purple Prince is a slower growing Ti, having leaves 8" x 2.25". This one has a problem with any sun, as it tends to get brown edges and leaf tips. I have grown it in a high light area with no direct sun and looks much improved.

Thanks! I was determined on this one and it paid off after 3 1/2 years.
I found that it can not take any high summer sun here, but likes the winter sun on its leaves. Lots of coffee grounds, crushed egg shells and potato peels were fed to him this year.
I am now trying this recipe on a few others that just have not lived up to my expectations.
