Here is a photo of the Moose Land in 1949. The young boy is John who pasted away in March this year. It was John's yard (white house to the right) where the Black Beauty was found. Reportedly planted by John's father who passed away in 1961. Of the eight pine trees in the photo, only one is still alive - the one next to John's left ear. Also if you look at the white house in the background right (John's house), the furthest to the left window and blocked by my house is where I found "Grandma". Anyone else have some real old photos of their garden?
