In the last month, I've found all these weird bugs on the floor of my screened room. They look like thin, semi transluscent pumpkin seeds. At the sharper end, there is an inch worm looking bug that pulls the sackish thing along. I am finding them all over, even on the raised steps like they may be falling from the ceiling. WTH are these??

    Thanks Jerry!

First time seeing these beasties. I scooped up a bunch tonight and fed them to my pond fish!! I can't spray, too close to pond and chicken coop.

As I read on the link, this critter does not pose any problems to plants. There lifespan from egg to adult moth is about 72 days. I have seen them here and never knew what they were.
