    Ron - You've found a nice selection in your neighborhood of many of the "old timers". Good cutting! Where in the Gables are you? I'm familiar with the area east and south of Pinecrest; also an area of old growth Crotons. I've found Johanis, Charmer, and Bogoriensis in that neighborhood.

    North Gables. My previous house is 4 blocks away and was built in 1925. Went through Hurricane Andrew in that one. :mad:
