Sorry the camera and photographer both suck. How do you get rid of excessive glare in a photo?
Outright gorgeous! (BTW outright gorgeous is not a Id guess)
Norman Rockwell ?
Maybe Cutler's Beautiful Lady?
For Ray...eliminating glare in your fotos: Try to shoot in full shade or cloudy day...you will be surprised with the beautiful colors you will get but sometimes this is not enough. When you have your foto in your computer tone down your contrast and brightness adjustments on whatever foto program it offers. Stay away from tint, hue or saturation controls...they will really screw-up your foto. Hope this helps.
Looks very much like Norman Rockwell to me also
I have Norman Rockwell not far from this plant. In my opinion, they are clearly different.
Thanks Robert for the camera advice.
Here's a link to a free image processing application called Irfanview. It's freeware, it's easy to use, and it has features that you'd expect to see in something like Photoshop. It works with any version of Windows.
Here's Ray's photo enhanced through Irfanview. I can't get out all the glare, but the contrast has been adjusted as well as the brightness.
Ray - I guessed Norman Rockwell since it was the closest to anything I have. Developing a croton eye is an ongoing continuing endeavor. It sure is a striking looking cultivar!
