I have all 3 growing in the yard and all of them really don't see any direct sun. And they look pretty good. But I'm sure they'll all take a little sun and still look great. Hope to see some pictures.
 
Thanks, Jeff and Phil. I don't know why I have the inclination to push my crotons to get as much sun as they'll tolerate. Even though I've heard from everyone here that less is sometimes better to get less washing out of colors. Too many years of growing perennials, I guess. It just seems natural to me that especially yellow and green crotons should require more light to color up. I'm still struggling with where to put them that won't get at least a few hours of sun.
