Monarch...one of the Big Boys

    Monarch growing in the garden. IMO, this is one of the largest leaf crotons of all. The picture in Frank Brown's book does not do it justice. This croton is capable of producing 18" long leaves during the hot summer days. If you can ever add one to your collection, don't pass it up!

    That's the first decent looking one I've seen with any size. Mine is slowwwwww but steady.

    Mine is sooo slow, I dont know why, had it about 3 years now. Jeff's have really cranked out some huge leaves this summer, and the color is amazing!!!

    In a few months I should have plenty available, 3 gal Plants that is :) I got Monarchs comming out my ears lol :)

    That's a very old picture correct? Do you know for sure if this plant is still there?

    Yes I called you a few months back when I left that house, It dont look the same now, Some removals (cuttings) and cold played havoc on it.
