Kerriodoxa elegans

    Kerriodoxa elegans that got planted as a 3 gallon plant last year, I've been suprised how well it is growing. This palm is considered on the slow side. A great understory subject. :cool:

    A great palm that was unblemished here by 26F.

    Agreed Ray. It appears to be delicate like a Licuala but have proved to be a pretty tough and beautiful palm. Just slowish ... :)

    Update - same palm, still slow but plugging along

    Spectacular when large - may be my favorite palmate palm.

    The K elegans is one of my favorites too but it tends to shred in the wind.
