This holiday has needed a croton named after it for awhile.
It's a very pretty plant, and with interrupted leaves. Is this something new, and it's name to go with it?
I'd never named a croton before this. Halloween it is.
Ray, That is one crotonlicious plant. I need to drop by your place for Trick or Treating
Scott, I wish that was my plant. It's the photo of a gem far, far away.
Ray - did you secure a cutting from "far, far away"?
Yes. The plant is on the north shore of Oahu. My plant is about 18 inches tall now.
No one believes without photographic proof Ray
I'll try to post a photo this weekend but at 18" tall there isn't much to see.
Maybe it is larger since you last post? An updated photo would be appreciated since no one else has one on this side of the planet.
Oops sorry I forgot. Marie also has "Halloween" in her garden so it's presence is somewhat established in Florida. I think Tim Anderson also has it at the Palm Hammock estate in your neck of the woods.
Ray - you named it and the day is rapidly approaching. How about a picture of your "Halloween" ?
It is Halloween!
Happy Halloween !
