I saw this today in southeast Ft. Lauderdale. Very tall very old the trunk is ten plus inches really cool.

Nice Croton "tree" Lamar. How tall would you guess it to be? Btw the double dipping of photos happens to me also at times. I just go back and edit after posting.
 
I was unsure with editing fear of a wipeout. 11/12 feet it is above the guard rail on the second floor. It has some scale and mold issues but so do I, for an old guy we are happy to be here.
 
FYI - You can feel pretty safe editing away in the given time frame - I cleaned it up for you.
Note that if you allow a space, or better yet a new line and space when inserting photos, that assures the photos and text are separated, and make a better layout.
 
Interruptum is not a slow croton. But that girth tells me it certainly was around when it snowed in Miami in 1977. Just imagine the fountain of color that would explode out the top with a bit of attention.
