International Aroid Show and Sale

The International Aroid Show and Sale will be held at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden on Sept. 15 - 16. It is always a spectacular show and there will be plant vendors from Ecuador, Thailand, Singapore in addition to local collectors/growers. There are always many rare plants available. There is also a great dinner and plant auction on Sat. night. More information is available at www.aroid.org .

The Moose was there along with Chris (pocomo). Saw alot of old friends and made many new ones. Great happening!

Here are the member's tables. This is an opportunity for the member hobbyist to sell plants at bargain prices.

This vendor had some exceptional pristine looking plants. I think they may be a local grower.

This vendor had aroids on stain glass. These photos do not do the art work any justice. In photo #2, the art work on the left is depicting the croton cultivar 'Fishbone'.
