You will have to ask MattyB, as he is the one who uploaded those pics - I believe. But he's kinda new to palms and still learning. 
Seriously, that is what a wiki is all about. Sometimes added info is less than accurate, but it's everyone's participation that corrects things. I have seen a palm labeled as Howea forsteriana var 'stricta' which is really wierd looking and upright. Then there is the red leaf and variegated variety. So most likely, this is just a variation.
