I have watched this leaf all week and it has yet to turn green.

As long as it hasn't stopped opening, I think you can exhale. Give it another week, and report back.

Don't push the panic button just yet. Sometimes a couple of mine do the same thing but they usually come good. Admittedly I tend to pour liquid fertiliser around when it does happen.
