It's not John Bender but a good looking specimen regardless. It resembles Maximum more closely but there must be rose colored undersides

Looks like the Yellow Petra in the yard here.

I am certain its not yellow Petra....... I have one of those.....got it as a sport from regular Petra...... I post some more pics to help identify.

The leaf shape comes to a distinct point which is not Petra-ish. Not a Yellow Petra.

Ray is correct, it's not Yellow petra, with that shaped leaf. And if it does have the redish coloring on the underside, it's probably Maximum. Scott's photo looks like a dead ringer for Yellow Petra.

This is what is idenrified as John Bender here in the Mooseland. Notice the "pinkish" petioles?

This is what we got growing in the Mooseland as Yellow Petra.

This is what the Moose Man has as Maximum. This gets quite a bit of afternoon sun.

So for sure its not a Maximum as there is no rose colored undersides
Its not a yellow Petra...
It however does have a somewhat pinkish petiole but does not look like Moose's John Bender
So what do you guys think????
