I guess my rooter pots just do not equal good oldfashioned foil.I am surprised that peat moss worked twice as well as sphagnum.My guess is that it probably applies somewhat to crotons also.

My thoughts exactly

I was actually going to do a mini version of this study myself but they beat me to it.Very interesting about the regular peat beating all other mediums by a wide margin,this is going to save me some money as peat is about 5% the price of sphagnum moss at my local HD store.
