    I have come across this plant in a few places with its all yellow foliage.

    Now the thing is I've seen two versions, one having leaves the size similar to Pride of Winterhaven (as in the pics) and the other with thinner and shorter leaves. Both have the red petioles.

    I will try to get photos of the smaller version and post.

    Yes, that is Edwin T Meredith. The red petioles are the easiest way to tell.
