I purchased Zanzibar in July of this this year and planted in a full sun location. Every time new growth appears it grows out to normal size and then falls off. Is Zanzibar not a Croton for full sun ? New growth is starting to push again.

No Crotons are really "full sun" all day long. You can plant them in the sun, but they're gonna need lots of water to prevent exactly what's happening with yours. Most Crotons that go in full sun end up with smaller leaves, off color, and constant wilt.

I have watched the sun conditions for the last few days and it gets a total of around 5 hrs full sun now.
