    14 inch sauce pan, olive oil splash--2 spoons garlic--soy sauce--medium heat--wait for smell of soy taking the heat--add onions and cook mixture until onions clarify--add cut okra cook until it is 50% done--add tomatoes simmer until tomatoes begin to break down---- add fish fillets sprinkle seasonings to taste--cover and stream until it flakes. Now the secret sauce I make a soy mayonnaise mixture and cover the fish and place it under a very hot broiler until it litely browns. Serve with what ever floats your boat rice pasta or nothing.
