    a bit more accurate name is Corot - for the French painter Emile Corot; but frequently mis-spelled as Carot, Carrot - still a good looking croton.

    Yep. That's the Red King then. I've got five of them in the ground, one that came from a cutting from a hotel room in Costa Rica!
