Areca vestiaria putting on some height

    I just noticed this, so took a quick pic. I walk past this dozens of times a day, but this time I thought, whoa - this thing is getting tall.

    Its magnificent. The Red Sister Ti to the left is beyond California dreams. But,Im happy they even grow here.

    I was just mentioning that it seems this was half that size three years ago. Some palms turn from slo-mo to time-lapse with age. :)

    Holy crap, can't recall seeing one that large anywhere in South Florida! Not to mention it looks in perfect condition.
