Are these unusual?

Here are two Ti Plants I don't remember seeing in our discussions. One is weird in that the older leaves get red, while the new ones are pure green. I saw a whole "wall" of these in a garden and they looked pretty cool - different - more red than this one.

And the other is just a skinny one for Scott. Maybe he knows what it is.

I have no clue on the red with the green new growth. I do have a offspring plant from Jackie that has all green new growth that age to orange. The second looks to be 'Pink Ribbons'

Ah yes - Pink Ribbons rings a bell with Angela - so that must be it.

She also remembered the other as Maize. Here is another pic showing the whole plant a little better. That orange one you posted looks to have a similar trait.
