This plant was in a shipment of mixed crotons, including some big ugly ones that I'm pretty sure were Mammy sports (that got propagated with the Mammys) as I found one of the big uglies actually growing off the side of a Mammy stem...
Anyway, this plant is similar in many respects to the big ugly Mammy sports except that the leaves are longer and narrower and way more colorful, so I'm wondering if it could also be a sport of Mammy...

I stopped at Lowe's for mulch & ended up with a couple of "Noids". They has about a dozen that looked like some kind of Mammy sports & may turn into some thing nice. I managed to find a couple of nice ones. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

Not bad at 3 for 10 bucks:p There were just a few odd ones mixed in, these had the best color.

Nice! I picked up another one this past weekend at Lowes. For some reason I am very intrigued by this plant. I now have 15, 1 gal pots of it.

Here is a update on one of these. A few others turned out to be semi oak leaf plants with very little color to date.
