A trip to Bali and to Cameron highlands.

Dear all,

Recently i went for a holiday trip at Bali Island and then a company trip to Cameron Highlands. Saw some crotons along the way for both countries. hehe! Would like to share with you. =)

These are from Bali island, there are alot of nice crotons in Bali, you can find it almost everywhere along parks, streets and along road sides..

And these are from Cameron highlands, well.. i cant find many crotons there... guess is because of the high latitude there? The hotel that i stayed was about 1600m above sea level. hehe!

But still, i manage to find this few.. ----->

Irene...I enjoyed the fotos from your recent trip to Bali and Cameron, especially the ones from Bali. I also share the problems with the Crotons in Cameron...my ranch sits at 1.500 meters above sea level in Costa Rica and the frustrations that come with altitude. My Crotons are smaller and slower growing than the ones grown at lower levels...but thank Goodness, no freezing temperatures. Thanks for sharing!

Irene, my congratulations. You have very good geographical location to collect crotons. I am sure your participation in croton society may become like a breath of fresh air. Pictures from your region can be very interesting. I know that in South East Asia many nurseries are occupied in hybridization of new varieties. And often distinguished novelties can be met. Please, share every interesting croton you find.
