A John Bender seedling- Plantation

    While I was at Keith's, I had to ask about this beautiful plant that looks like fireworks and has great color. He told me John Bender had given it to him years ago as one of his seedlings. Keith has named it Plantation. I feel so lucky to have gotten a small air layer of this plant! Gotta find a special spot. This is one special plant.

    I'm glad you had the same thoughts I did. It is striking. Give me a couple of years though. The above is Keith's plant. Mine is a very small plant. I will post a photo in the next day or two.

    Just to be clear, Bender didnt do seedlings, this was a plant that came up by itself. It was one of the last plants I got from his yard.
