I have a Cornelius that strongly resembles your plant. I got it 8 years ago. Yours looks very nice!

Thanks all for your input - not a John Soar (will bring one to meeting) since JS has larger leaves and not a Connie Cutler due to color/pattern on leaves. The Cornelius came from the Edison Estate some 10++ years ago; slow but steady grower. Wanted to have a proper ID on it for meeting.
