    my friend has two of these palms growing in his garden in Orange County, I have read that they are marginal in Southern California, but his look beautiful alive and very healthy

    I had some growing well in SoCal as well - until I found out they really weren't C. no

    Yes, I am a long time IPS and PSSC member with my first garden in Encinitas. But have been living and creating a second garden in Hawaii the last ten years.

    is there any benefits of being in the IPS that you don't get from being in the PSSC?
