No it's not.
Definetely not a Gen Mac. GM has a semi oak leaf shape (and lots of unsusual coloring and patterns depending on light). Once you see a larger specimen then the whole thing starts to make some sense.
General MacArthur has been a relatively fast croton for me. It is a beauty that catches one's eye from across the yard.![]()
