We have them at JM. Jesse has a nice one and Rusty had a really nice one growing till the neighbors found out it was on their property line....

From what I have seen in old palm journals it's Euterpe edulis. Your a puto.
It's funny many things look in need of water and fertilizer but almost all of the big Dypsis look remarkbly well.
