I've seen those caterpillars, but don't know what type of butterfly they belong to?
Anna the catapillar is commonly called Orange Dog. The butterfly Papilio Cresphontes Swallowtail. I grew up in citrus groves and saw them regularly March thru early summer. Before the use of pesticides as they do the spraying today.
