Great fotos…I especially liked the one in your post #1 and how you compared the old Duke of Windsor with the Yellow Duke sport, also, the way you included Rudy Bachman for additional color. Nicely composed and your commentary make for a very informative photograph.

Nice Fishbone Sport and a beautiful John Bender as well…thanks!

Good stuff David, I will post some pics I have from different varieties that have a very similar look. First pic, from Key West General Padgett, Second from 20 foot totally greened out no Id. The G.P. Sport is named J. Reasoner I think.

Her is another plant i got over 20 years ago From the plantation house on the indian river that was built around the begining of the century .The house had cabins for the rich and famous to stay at . It was originaly built by a movie star . a lot of the plants had metal plates saying the names on them . It was over 12 ft then , it was in bad shape had to cut it way back to transplant. They had a tag calling it Florida sunrise . It has about 3 or 4 different types growing on it .But she is a beauty ....

You've got some beauties there, David. Could the one in post #10 be Johanna Coppinger?

It very well could be . it has at least 4 distinct different plants in one , shes an old one . They had originally made medal plackerds with the names on them .This one said Florida Sunrise . what year it was actually planted I have no idea .I only got 1/3 of the plant it was in bad shape . The stump was in a clump maybe 2 ft by 3ft around and 12 ft tall about 2/3 of it was almost dead. It could be 50 to 75 years old , or older . Parts of it do look like Johanna Coppinger , part looks like Sunrise , some are just green with yellow center .

Not many of these around so i hear .Charlemagne Its starting to slowly show her colors , the yellows are flushing !!!

Another new one Lucs Green & gold . Quite the good grower . vivid yellows growing in a fairly shaded area , would be even bolder in more light

I may be mistaken but both my Corot and President Reagan exhibit vibrant oranges & reds. Do not recall either displaying pinks like David's photo.

A very pretty croton your friend has there David!

AND HERE IS WILMA .... Gotta love all the Pastels , pinks & yellows .....
