that this was Batik (Bush on Fire) but I am now questioning my ID on this one. Looks different from the other Batik's I am growing leaves are 5-6" long and do not show the glossy look of my other Batik's.

Scott - its difficult to determine if it is Batik. Batik does have some of the smallest leaves of the collected crotons. Without a reference to scale ...

Thoughts anyone? If it is a Batik it gets to stay in the frost, freeze zone that I planted in.

Sure looks like Batik to me - but then it's a croton and is probably sending out some extra long leaves to mess with your taxonomic mind....

This one is showing a lot more orange and yellows here in Winter than my other Batiks, that are now total red and green.
