Is this a Holy Grail Croton? IMO, yes. If I didn't already have one, I would be beating the bushes looking for one or trading a Pam Kiefert. I've rarely even seen this croton in many collector's gardens. It is very slow and that is why you only see it available at Jeff's sale about every three years. This cultivar may not be a good candidate for cuttings? I've been kissing this one's butt for three years in the ground now. And that is pushing it with 20-20-20 liquid fertilizer every 14 days for the last 4 months.

What a beauty  Such wonderful pinks ;)

Col Bob B is not an especially rare croton. It is a vigorous grower over here and air layers easily. It also has highly variable leaves for coloring. Moose's is exceptional since all leaves are deep pink, probably due to its being grown in shade which also explains the slow growth.

Ron's is great but you are right it is in a very shaded location. One or two of these Could do quite well at our October auction :)
Hopefully you westcoasters can bring some along.
