Name That Croton - part 1

For Ray...eliminating glare in your fotos: Try to shoot in full shade or cloudy day...you will be surprised with the beautiful colors you will get but sometimes this is not enough. When you have your foto in your computer tone down your contrast and brightness adjustments on whatever foto program it offers. Stay away from tint, hue or saturation controls...they will really screw-up your foto. Hope this helps.
 
Here's a link to a free image processing application called Irfanview. It's freeware, it's easy to use, and it has features that you'd expect to see in something like Photoshop. It works with any version of Windows.

Here's Ray's photo enhanced through Irfanview. I can't get out all the glare, but the contrast has been adjusted as well as the brightness.
