Hey, rather than criticize, why not post some beautiful pictures, as these outstanding and contributing collectors have done? We would all love to see pictures of your crotons. Really, we would!
Hey yourself. Most of these people are friends and my "criticism" is not meant to be taken seriously. I'm on this site everyday and contribute daily. I'm also entitled to my opinion. How often are you here, once a month?? I've posted plenty of my photos in the past and in BROAD DAYLIGHT. I'll comment about whatever I'd like and whenever I'd like. Comprende?

Moose how about some names for all of these posts?

Toby - it was very dark and I could barely even see the plants. Many plants were shot multiple times to get them framed in. Lots of pictures were deleted. Basically, I don't know what most of them are since I could not see the overall aspect of the cultivars. My photos were made just for the colors. By the way - you have been in this garden

Ray, What is your take on palms in the dark?

I love it.

In light of Plant Nut's comments, I'd like to say my responses within this thread were made in jest. I'm sure most of you were already aware of this. If not, put a sense of humor down on your Christmas wish list.

Plant Nut,
Most of us here know Ray on a personal level and I for one laugh at his silly comments, and not take it seriously. Hey....we could use some jabbing here at each other once in awhile, to keep us from falling asleep! Lol!

I say we all gang up on Moose for posting all of these wonderful pictures, even if they were taken in the dark AND NOT posting some names! Thanks Ron!

Ok...where's my flashlight?

Ray - there is a 15 day light croton photos posting penalty for multiple jesting ... :D

Its in the Palmpedia agreement when you became a member

Looking at my Crotons in the sun.....I see lots of late fall new growth.

So many nice photos in this old thread. Most are repeats, but there are some that might be worth putting in the wiki for a different coloring of the cultivar or some other attribute. Only problem is that none are identified with names. It would be nice if the posters could identify them;). Really nice photos. Ana:)
