#1 - Yellow Excurrens - on the south side of the garden, in the protected courtyard.
#2 - Gold Dust - also on the south side of the garden. 2/3 of the leaves are on the ground.
#3 - Ethel Craig - on the west side, almost completely defoliated.
#4 - Buddy - you might remember how beautiful this one looked from photos I posted last summer. North side of the garden.

I've been living in Florida for 12 years. This is the first time I've ever had this much damage. In a "normal" winter, you get some leaf drop, but nothing like this. I lose more leaves in a drought.

These spent the cold under frost cloth for days. The Green and Gold looks wilted but the others look ok at this time. A few are showing leaf drop

This Piecrust Croton looks to be fine, it only had palm canopy protection. New growth was damaged.

Almost every croton I own has dropped it's leaves. Things are still just starting to show damage. Crazy. My yard looks like a war zone

I can take the leaf drop better than I can take the plants with the leaves still on but all dropped over. That situation never seems to work for me.
